I cannot sign into the virgin mobile app using the credential option. It says my credentials are not recognized which is not correct because I can sign in to the virgin mobile page on the web just fine with them.
The only feature that works is sign in with sim which I don't want because not all features are available via that option in the app.
Can someone please look at my account and sort this?

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your sign in credentials on the Virgin Mobile app.
Have you tried to un-install and re-install the app since the issues started? If not, please could you give it a try and let me know if that helps at all?
