Creating new account / SIM sent to incorrect address

I received a text asking me for my address to receive a new sim for my PAYG mobile. I supplied the address but then received an email saying my sim has been sent to an address I last lived at 3 years ago. It's a surprise as Virgin sent a sim to my current address only last year. I also received a text telling me that I would lose my service on the old sim in 30 days. It's my only mobile. I tried registering on the Virgin site but it does not accept my security question answer - suggests calling 789. 789 says 45 minute wait and encourages me to use the website...

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

I'm very sorry to hear that we've sent a SIM to the wrong address, I can appreciate the frustration at trying to get it sent to the correct one. 

We can certainly help from here and send a new SIM as well as helping set up an online account.
