Created an account when ordering a phone and now cannot access it

Created an account on Sunday morning when I applied for a phone contract, IPhone keychain created a password for this account but never saved it and now I have no opportunity to reset it since I do not have a Virgin Mobile number which appears to be a prerequisite to reset it. I wanted to check if the status of the order has changed since it still appears to be parked which is also becoming quite an inconvenience. Is there a way to reset it that I've missed?
