Could not activate mobile data network

Hi

I have recently returned from travelling and reinserted my virgin SIM card, it’s unable to load webpages (the phone says I have 3/4g). The error message I get is could not activate mobile data network, you are not subscribed to a mobile data service (I have an iPhone)

I have text ALL to 789922 then downloaded and installed the configuration profile, plus reset all data network settings and phone.

when I put my international sim back in I am able to access the internet.

Have you checked the mobile APN settings?
