Contract ended Nov 2020 but credit agreement still exists
Hello, my (M500 Fibre Broadband - Oomph Unlimited data SIM) contract ended in November 2020 and I should no longer have any services with you. However, upon checking my credit report via ClearScore, Virgin Telecom are still sending Equifax credit information as recently as 11th May 2021.
This is quite worrying that an "agreement" still exists 6 months after I terminated my contract with you.
Please ensure I am no longer a "customer" in any of your systems and providing Equifax with false information.
