I got a New contract iPhone and I had an old sim Which was an contract sim with Virgin also I was using the sim fine at first but now it’s not working I can’t call use data or texts it just says “we can’t connect this call to this number please call 789” or something along those lines All bills have been paid also
Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums. Sorry to hear that you are having mobile phone issues. Have you been able to use the SIM since your last post? Did you get a new SIM with the phone? If so then you may need to switch to this SIM. You can also check if the SIM is connected to the network by checking if there are bars showing at the top part of your screen.
