Has anyone had any joy getting through to Virgin Mobile? It's infuriatingly difficult and each option you select results in you being disconnected.
I just want to find out when my contract is up for renewal and trying to create an online account isn't working.
Is there anyone who can help, please? It's driving me nuts!
