I’ve recently transferred from O2 to Virgin and have the 12 pro Max. The contacts don’t seem to have saved across properly - so when people ring it comes up with a number not name etc, but if I ring them it’s saved as their name with photo etc. It’s frustrating. Any help or advice would be great please. Thanks in advance

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your contacts.
Was this a new handset? Did you have an iPhone beforehand or a different model?
Were your contacts saved to the cloud or the sim?
If it was the SIM and we have sent you a new SIM card, out to you this would be why the name does not pop up.
