Contact phone number not accepted - New user

Student from Canada looking to set up a SIM only plan but unable to check out as my "contact phone number" is Canadian and not accepted; I do not have a UK number, hence why I am trying to get a UK SIM card from Virgin. 

What can I do to complete my checkout? I have tried including/not including my area code, as well as dashes (or lack of).

Hi @paytonmidgley03 thanks for your post and sincere apologies.

This is a little bit of a dilemma for you - in order to become a Virgin Mobile customer, you would need a UK mobile phone number.

It's possible you could get a very cheap Pay As You Go SIM Card which would give you a UK number, but unfortunately at this stage there is no way to check out with a Canadian mobile number.
