I had a SIM on contract. I work away a lot. My SIM got cancelled when I changed the package online via my account. Due to the Standing Order not going through with the bank.
I need a new SIM ASAP, but am abroad. I am trying to order one online to get to my house as my friend is travelling to me on the weekend.
The website says it is busy helping people and to call. I don't see an email option or a chat option to help me out.
