That's completely understandable, I'm sorry to hear our team have said they're unable to do this. Did they advise why?
Are all of the accounts under the same name? If not, we'd need permission from both parties to merge them.
Also, if you have any active loan agreements with us, we may be unable to move the SIMs across between accounts due to this.
