Connection in Greece

So, now I can get messages, weirdly I can be sent a message but if the same person tried to ring it says no such number, it’s now four days without a phone, all the virgin help numbers don’t work, it’s pushing me nearer and nearer to a new provider

Could you please confirm if you have tried performing a manual network search to connect to another network?

Are you able to make calls just not receive?
