I received an email this morning from virgin media saying that my order of a new SIM is 'winging its way to me' !! It has the correct details of my mobile number and address. But as I havn't requested this, I'm wondering why do I need one? (My mobile has been switched off for the last two months, at the suggestion of the police, whilst they were dealing with an abuser. But I do intend to start using it again shortly.) So I'm confused!
Virginmedia are replacing all the SIMs you more than likely have a red one and the new ones are purple, the old sims were for EE on both ends, where as the new SIMs are pure Virginmedia but still use the EE network.
