I've been trying to use the online complaints form but it just comes up with 'We're sorry, it looks like something went wrong.'
How do I get a complaint submitted urgently? This relates to malicious calls so I need it resolving quickly.
Best think I would do is call 789 and the the agent you wish to log a complaint.
They should take the details from you and also ask for you e-mail details so the can contact you.
And even maybe you get a phone call from an agent with 24 to 48 hours.
I did this just this week via the method I have mentioned above.

I have had a look things our end and it doesn't look like you have contacted us recently, what has been going on whats the reason you need to raise a complaint?
