I cannot believe the way I am being treated.
Who do I complain to re a warranty claim please.
I am being told the phone screen was cracked on receipt.
I have photos I took prior to despatch specifically to address such an allegation but I am being ignored.
I am really sorry to hear this and I can assure you this isn't the level of service we aim to provide.
We would aim to fix your phone wherever possible but if the handset has arrived with a crack on it then there would be a charge.
If this has happened in transit then you would be able to raise a case with the courier to dispute this if you have the pictures as mentioned, I'm sure they would be able assist further.
I can also see from the back end of things that since posting you've been in touch and the team are dealing with your complaint.
