Closing Mobile Account/Recent Charge

I returned my mobile phone within the 14 day period. The phone was recieved by the returns department.

Why has my account not been closed and why do I still owe an outstanding amount?

I no longer have a mobile phone and I do not require a Virgin Account.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you have been billed when you advised you have cancelled the contract within the 14 Days, I have been able to locate the account and will be more than happy to discuss this with you, this will have to be taken offline and security will need top be cleared, I will send you an invite into a private chat, once received click on the purple envelope to accept?
