I received a letter today saying that you had noticed an error on my Oomph sim and so had corrected it with a credit to my account. That's lovely except for one thing: I've already left Virgin media so there's no valid account to credit it to, nor can I see how much the credit is nor how I can claim it back in a way that means anything.
I also cannot find a phone number to call you and the only way I can talk with you on web chat is with What's App, which I do not want to install. Frankly that kind of crap is one reason I'm glad I left Virgin!

Any credit owed would be applied to the Media account.
If the account is disconnected, this refund will be sent as a cheque refund approximately 40 days after the account closed.
