Recieved a new virgin mobile sim and installed the Virgin Media Connect App. All was going fine until I got to the Checking your sim part. turned off the wifi and ensured my data was turned on but app just keeps telling me "Please turn on your mobile data. Then tap Continue to get going".
My wifi is off, data is on, but still the app doesn't recognise this.
Anyone got a solution?
App installed on Redmi Note 9 MIUI Global 12.5.1 (Stable) Android 11
The app is flawed, it doesn't work with android 11 according to the technical dept. Advised just to uninstall and wait until such times as they find a fix, though also advised not to hold my breath on that. So, now I know the problem... Virgin App, sucks.... Simples...
