Charged for data usage abroad whilst roaming was turned off!

Hi,

I visited Andorra at the start of this month. I made sure to turn my roaming off completely before I entered the country as I knew the ridiculous prices for data that are charged there.

Surprise surprise virgin mobile are trying to say I used £8.61 worth of data despite my roaming being off.

Funnily enough I've been charged incorrectly before - last time Virgin mobile tried to say I used data in Monaco despite me never even being there! Imagine my shock. 

Can someone please remove this charge from my account as I'm quite certain it is in error. My roaming was fully switched off before I entered the country.
