Charged for a number/airtime plan that I didn't set up. Need refund!

There are two account numbers within my virgin mobile account. One is currently being used and I have the handset for and is my corresponding number. The other account however, is a completely random number, we do not have the handset for it, being charged monthly for a random airtime plan that we did not ask for/set up and don't even have another phone with virgin and have no idea where the random number has come from. I have rang the finance team way too many times just to be hung up on or 'put through to the correct department' to hear an automated message to go online for help. I need to start a refund complaint but no options online to do so!

Sorry to hear that you haven't been given the help that you need, when speaking to our team.

 

We cannot raise any disconnections over the forums but you can get in touch with our mobile team to cancel the extra plan that you have got,they can also raise this as a complaint to us and arrange for a refund to be given to you for paying for this.
