Charged for 2 contracts as virgin failed to help trade up

Hi

was told I could trade up my phone and that the process was simple, I’d get a new phone and be sent a Jiffy bag through the post to return my old phone, this would be sorted and I wouldn’t be charged.

Nearly 2 months laters and 11 failed attempts to receive a Jiffy bag in now being charged for 2 contracts, the exact thing virgin promised would not happen.

I want to cancel both contracts as virgin are liars and unhelpful, they do not seem bothered as long as they are gaining money.

 

pathetic company to deal with

any advice?
