Just tried to use the live chat option on virgin media mobile but was asked for my password. Not the password to get into my account but one used when in a phone conversation. I have no idea what this is, how do I go about resetting it

Sorry to hear that you were not able to reset the password on the mobile account. Are you the account holder?
I am the account holder and managed to change my password but only by phoning Virgin mobile.....I was surprised I couldn't do this online.

Your My virgin mobile one is different to the password we take over the phone, the one over the phone is for security
