Changing payment account

Annoyed 😠 

spent a whole day texting to virgin, trying to arrange a different account for direct debit to be made, after a long day of messages, I had the reply saying it was all done ... today I get a bill and find the the money is sill coming out of the original account and no change has been made ... so annoyed and frustrated

I have managed to speak to someone, hopefully it’s sorted ... good job I left money in that account of it would have cost me !!!
