I received an ooomph sim as part of an virgin media contract renegotiation. I already had an existing virgin mobile number on a rolling sim contract that I wanted to keep, but I was told the only way I could do this using the ooomph sim was to use a PAC code to export the number to a different network, and then apply for a PAC code with that network to port it back to virgin mobile to the ooomph sim. I have done the first part and am with giffgaff on the number I want to transfer but stuck on moving back. The ooomph sim does not show up on my mobile account overview, so how do I change it?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with transferring your SIM from GiffGaff to your Oomph sim. Has GiffGaff given you the PAC code? Once you have this you can call out mobile team on 0345 6000 789 and we'll be able to complete this process for you.
