My husband and I have been trying to put one of mobiles number into my name, they are both in his , the virgin team tells us that it's a tech hitch and will be resolved in 7 working days and they promise to ring back and never do , five times we have rung and nothing happens. It's driving us mad. It's been 6 weeks trying to do this.
I am afraid that it isn't a technical hitch it is not possible to change the account of a mobile phone to another person, there use to be some thing call a Transfer of Responsibility but only for broadband account it has never been possible to change the account holder on a mobile account.
