Changing my plan

I’ve got 4 phones on my account (one for each of my family). We’re all on pay monthly 30 day rolling contracts, all handsets paid for etc. I want to change two of the sims for a better deal but still with virgin and retaining their mobile numbers, but when I press upgrade my plan, I don’t get the same plan options but only significantly more expensive ones. Do I have to cancel my sim and then purchase a new one to get a deal and if so, how? Normally I’d go into store, and the call centre I’ve tried don’t understand and are trying to get me to buy a new handset or sim for my phone and not for the ones I want to upgrade.

Re: Changing my plan

The reason you can't see them online is that all current SIM plans have a 12 month term. What you can see in the online account are those options which keep on your 30 day term, but these will be different plans.

You should be able to upgrade your current SIMs to the 12 month plans via Customer Services.
