Changing my contract to Virgin mobile

I have a maxit subscription with Virgin Media which includes a phone sim that I don't really use atm.  I already have a phone on a contract with Three that runs out in early November. What steps would I need to take to put this contract on my Virgin account, keeping the same no. ?  I know I would need to get a mac no. but are there advantages to tying this in with my maxit package, or would it be no different to arranging one outside the maxit package?

Re: Changing my contract to Virgin mobile

Hi TimmyMac,

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

If you'd like to keep your number from Three when it runs out then this can be done, all you need from three is a PAC code.

Once you have this you'll give it to us and we'll be able to bring the number over, replacing the number on the free SIM card. It's that simple and won't impact your cable account or package in any way.

If you do need any further help with this then let us know.
