Changing from national to international roaming

I used to be able to change from national roaming to international roaming on my iPhone. I do not seem to have this option anymore. Does anyone else have this problem.

Yes coming up a lot.

The ability to move from National to International is being removed as it won't be needed when the move to O2 takes place.

However, it appears Virgin have jumped the gun and left people in limbo
