Changing Voicemail delay on mobile

Help please

I've tried to delay the voicemail to 15 seconds using the code

*61+4474583332221115# and also *61+447458333222**15#

Neither code works, nor **61*+44795322222**15# as suggested by another virgin website.

Any other suggestions please as this is all very frustrating

Thanks in advance

Hi @tonycat0

Thanks for response

Just to double check, are you in the UK currently? As this may be affected if abroad 🙂

I've checked and voicemail is working fine.  So far no private messages though.
