Changing SIM but staying with Virgin

I have secured a new deal with Virgin mobile on a different SIM which of course has a different number.

I wish to change to the new SIM as it is a much better deal, but I want to transfer my existing number over to the new SIM. Then I wish to cancel the old contract (out of minimum period).

Can anyone provide me with details of how to proceed please?

You can't transfer mobile numbers within Virgin Mobile like that.

You will have to PAC code out the number on the old SIM  to another network then PAC code it in again to the new SIM
