I have two sim only cards on my account, I have recently (Saturday) changed one sim to new plan £6 for 1GB data with unlimited calls and texts but when I tried to do second sim it said no plans available. I have spent 2 hrs on text service where they didn't appear to understand what I wanted. I then called customer care, where they offered to change the plan but they said it would cost £7, when I asked why the call was cut off.
Can anyone explain why 2 sims on same account would cost different prices for same plan.
I thought I had already posted this question but cannot find it, sorry to mods for duplication.
