Changing Direct Debit on credit agreement

I need to be able to change the Direct Debit that is setup on the credit agreement for my phone contract (not tariff).

I've finally logged into the credit agreement, after a fanny on trying to get the security key re-sent.

I've logged in and there's no ability to edit the Direct debit. This functionality is available on my tariff account.

I'm changing banks and this is the last DD to change.

Any ideas?
