Changed home address

I have applied to get a replacement SIM card as I have lost mine.
Everything was sorted and I will be receiving a new one.
Unfortunately it’s gonna be delivered to my old home address. I tried logging in to my account but I can’t find the account number. Help please.

I'm very sorry to hear the SIM is going to the old address. 

 

I have taken a look on our side and it does look as though you have already spoken with the team concerning this. 

 

Can you please confirm if you still require assistance with this?

Yes, I have been contacted by your team.

however we haven’t changed my home address.

I have been told to wait until I Come back, so I can change it over there and ask for a 2nd replacement sim.

All I was asking if I can change my home address now then ask for a 2nd replacement sim when I arrive to the Uk. This will make it faster for me to get my sim as soon as I arrive.
