In my account I have my own contract and 2 30 day sim only contracts(my kids use these).
I want to change 1 of them to a cheaper (with a lot more data) 30 day plan but when I try online I get the same plan offered that it is on now yet on the VM mobile site there's a plan that I'm looking for but can't change to.
Didn't want to switch to O2 as that'll happen anyway.
Any ideas?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry for any inconvenience caused by being unable to change your 30 day rolling Sim to a different Tarif, once the switchover is complete you will be able to do this Via O2.

I know that I can change after the switch but it looks like the o2 sim only deals cost a lot more.
Part of the reason I need to change is so that I can put all the numbers in a family plan, the 1 I want to change is too low on data.
Is there no way of making a change before the swap?

Unfortunately no, I am sorry, when switched over the price will be the same however in most cases the Tariffs are better in regards to more Data ETC.
