Change of number

Hi, I’m in the process of changing my phone number with Virgin but staying with the network. I was told to wait for my SIM and given my new number.

Today I’ve been making calls as normal, that have shown up as my new number. So does that mean it’s live? Should I transfer this to WhatsApp, for example, which is registered to my old number?

I've had a look at your details using the information we have on here and can see that a member of our team has made the necessary arrangements. Can I ask whether you've received your new SIM and activated it and are able to make and receive calls? If so, you should update your WhatsApp  profile and other Apps to your new number. Do let us know if you have any problems with the new SIM.
