Change my plan

Hi, I received a letter from virgin media about another plan ... Im happy to change my mobile plan to the 8GB for £9 .
can you change it for me please

 I got the same email and tried to do it online (failed), via the app (failed) by text (failed)

In the end I just hung on until I got answered, only to be told the £9 plan doesn't include 0800 numbers.

That was it for me, ordered a new SIM fro Sky.

I spent ages trying to change mine to be told after 3 hrs communicating on and off that I would have to have a credit check just to upgrade to the new plan offered in the letter I recieved it was only £2 differance to the tariff I’m on and have been for years just to get a larger amount of data

Thank you for your reply I phoned virgin media and a lady her name is Ann helped me..
