I transferred my mobile number from Vodafone to Virgin Mobile earlier this year. The porting process has completed however it has resulted in the Direct Debit date being later in the month than I had desired.
I'm unable to change my direct debit date online or find a suitable way to contact Virgin Mobile to do this.
Am I able to get my direct debit date changed to a more suitable time of the month?
That text message business SHOULD work, although it seems to me that VM's mobile and broadband accounting systems have been joined up with all the finesse of a six inch cut clasp nail driven into two rough sawn 4 by 2 with a club hammer, so it is a case of "try it and see". I don't believe that DD date is an issue the forum staff can deal with by PM.
