Cencellation

i want to cancel my pay monthly and there is nothing on the web site advising how to cancel and when i call i am faced with a 45 min wait?!

I would say because Virgin are literally uncontactable these days, the best thing you can do is get a new SIM from your new provider, and then request a PAC code from your online Virgin account.
Once you have this PAC code, you can give this to your new provider.
Doing this will automatically cancel your Virgin contract, and also bring your number across to your new network 🙂

the only problem is i don't need to keep it. its poor though i can't easiy cancel via chat or email.

Ugh 😞  I'm so sorry.  You're going to have to sit there and wait for customer services, who knows, maybe someone will answer.
