Captcha loop

Hi, 

I was trying to purchase a SIM card today when it kept coming up with error messages, eventually I got through all the way until the point where you need to run a second check with a different bankcard this is after the direct debit is set up, so I went to get the other bank card and when I came back it had come up with an error message. It then proceeded to kick me off and not reload so now I cannot get into my account as I am stuck in a ReCaptcha loop. And the same happens if I try and change my password. And I now don’t know if my order has been placed or not and if I have completed it apart from the second check so I do not know if it is on it’s way.
