Captcha errors when trying to register new phone

I have a new sim and am new to Virgin Mobile. When I try to register my sim it says there is a captcha error and keeps asking for verification. It also keeps asking for a security answer but doesn’t give a question. I’ve been on hold for around an hour and can’t get through to speak to someone. Thanks.
