Hope this helps anyone else out there having issues getting past the captcha login for registering mobile phone. After many failed tries I called Virgin Media 03454541111 and explained the problem. The person on the phone started to go through all the things I had already tried. I interrupted and asked if they could do it for me. Low and behold after about three minutes he had set up my account for me and its working!!!! Very helpful, but apparently you have to ask them to set it up they cant offer to do it. Good luck people hope this works for you all. 🙂
ps you may have to wait 24 hours if you have failed attempts as it locks your account before they can set it up .
