Cant turn off parental controls

Just joined virgin mobile and I'm unable to turn off parental controls. When I try in the app I just get the below message. Any ideas?

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your content control looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you.

I can manually switch it off on my side, I'll send you a PM now so we can get this sorted.
