I cannot register my account online in order to provide my pac.
When i enter my mobile number to register, it says my mobile will be pinged, instead I get a blank security questuon page which has no question to answer.
I purchased my contract via mobiles.co.uk and did not set up a security question.
Cannot get through to customer service, have been trying for about a week now.

Have you been able to register the account since posting? The security answer is often the telephone password if that helps?
