Cant receive calls while abroad

Im currently outside the EU and I can receive SMS (saying I missed calls) but I cant make or receive any calls, not even the existing customer number. Roaming is working and mobile data is also connected but its not possible to make calls. can you please help?

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with the phone whilst abroad.

Can you confirm what happens when you try to make a call?

Have you tried a manual Network search?

Hi Alex. It sounds as if the other line is busy and the same when someone is trying to call me. Im currently in Argentina and it would only allow me to select Movistar network. tried with the others but wont connect.
