Hi I can't make calls or receive them the same for texts too I used to get one bar but the past few weeks I can't even get that we have 3 virgin mobiles in our house but the other 2 get one bar and get make calls x send texts this is today no service it's usually emergency calls only 😔

How long have you been experiencing the issues? Is it this way everywhere or in specific locations?

If you complete a manual network search, do you get any networks showing as available? Does the SIM work in another handset (if you have one)? You can also check for area issues here regarding mobile coverage.
