Cant log into online mobile account as it doesn't recognise my details...phoned 789 and the lady stated that I had not registered..i then gave her a password to set it up with...I logged into virginmedia first as she stated and then go to mobile part of the website...click onto register..asks for my number...then asks for security answer??????...I have the virgin mobile app which I am logged into,but I am now stuck at this point of not getting into my account????HELP!!!!
