Cant access my account - when I tell it I have forgotten password it sends me a code to my phone but on entering the code and dealing with the crap about robots so everything is green ticked it doesnt let me move on when I click Continue. Have tried with several codes now and have given up. I only wanted to see my bill but this seems to be impossible.
Thank you for the reply - I was using the latest version of Edge. When I used Firefox as per your suggestion I got straight in. Probably due to Microsoft not following its own guidelines as usual. Thanks - query solved
