Cant log in to virgin mobile account

I changed my contract and now I cant log into account, have tried everything been on chat numerous times and got nowhere but quite fine on selling me another contract but not solve my issue then disconnect me.My security ? is wrong as when put in mothers maiden name it's wrong so need to change it?frustrating me now!

If this is in regards to the account security questions and answer, this may include numerals as we do advise this to keep it more secure. 

 

Let us know if this helps you answer this correctly, if not we can go through some alternative security over private message if you're the account holder and then reset this for you.
