Like many others I have tried numerous times to get through to Customer services but all I get is bad music
I need to cancel my mobile as I want to move to another provider, I am out of contract so I am paying for a handset I have paid for the last 2 years
Anyone get any ideas and I am sick to death of sitting on the phone f0r 30-45 minutes and not getting anywhere
