I transfered an existing virgin mobile account into my own name on Saturday. Since then I have been unable to make outgoing calls, I cannot even call virgin customer services from my phone to resolve this issue - is this normal after an account take over/transfer? What is needed to resolve this issue?

I am very sorry to hear you are having difficulty with making calls since transferring the account in to your name.
Did you receive a new SIM card as part of the transfer process?

Hi Nat, thanks for coming back to me. I have not received a new sim, the agent that completed my account transfer did not mention that a new sim would be sent...is there a way I can confirm whether a sim is on route?
